The Rabbit Hole - 17th Edition

Life Update: What a week it has been. As I mentioned last week, the newsletter would be late due to my trip out east to Massachusetts. I’m back now to tell you all about it.

I’ve already rehashed the trip with my mom and don’t really feel like going day by day so instead I’ll give you the highlights along with some pictures.

I had an absolutely lovely time, and feel so lucky to have been with Guntaaz for our anniversary. It goes without saying that this has been the best year of my life and I can’t express enough how happy I was over the past week. Here’s to 1 year and many more in the future!

Creative Corner: Fucking hell guys I’m so cooked. I need to go on another TikTok cleanse but I’ve been wanting to start posting on there again so the debate rumbles on. I should have all of the trivia rounds written by now but instead, I barely have two done. I filmed with Andrew and Sharpie last week before I left but I still haven’t gotten anyone else’s games written. Hopefully, I can lock in and get that cranked out over the weekend.

Shoutout to Cam for launching his Friday Beers Rutgers page, the first post seemed to do pretty well after starting from ground zero and I can’t wait to see where he goes from here. My account is on ice for now as I await a response from the pre-existing Toledo account about a possible collaboration with me. It’s a fiasco. I’m pretty butthurt about it but not much I can do right now but wait and see what happens.

Content I’ve Consumed this Week Cave: Didn’t consume much at all due to my trip, I think I lost my Letterboxd streak which is so sad. I had previously gone 101 straight weeks that I watched at least 1 movie. I’ll probs just move the date on the next one I watched to last week so I can continue it. No integrity at all.

Riffin’ Recap: G and I had quite the crazy Uber driver on the way back from line dancing on Friday. The dude’s name was Frank and he was telling us all about his past as an addict and how he’s now an artist and he showed us a picture of a sculpture he made from all of the pill bottles he used in the past 8 years of his life. He had his business card in his passenger sun visor and when he opened it I thought he might pull out a rachet and pop us both. Thankfully it was a positive interaction and he even gave us some solid relationship advice!

A shorter hole today but I hope you guys can take a little something from it. And apologies for the whole FMK Rabbit moms thing, it was NOT FUNNY!
